I have a hummingbird feeder on my porch, and I've recorded short videos of the birds' visits.
In each group, I set up the recording device on a tripod, started the recording and noted the start time. Then I watched as hummingbirds visited the feeder, and noted the time of each visit. After 30 minutes, I stopped the recording, copied the video to my laptop, and used the software package HandBrake to extract these short videos.
The last video of the third group is particularly interesting; the feeder was swaying strongly in the breeze, and the hummingbird synchronized its position with the feeder.
I know that there are at least two hummingbirds, but if two happen to arrive at the feeder at the same time, they chase each other. Perhaps one of them is trying to establish that this feeder is “his” (or “hers”).
All of the S20 recordings were done at 3x zoom.
